Ordinary Members :

Any advocate on the Roll of Advocates of the Orissa High Court whether in active practice or not, shall on his paying a sum of Rs. 200/- (two hundred) as enrolment fee and a monthly fee of Rs. 10/- (Ten) be eligible to be an ordinary member for practicing less than 15 years and Rs. 20 (Twenty) for more than 15 years.......
